Rovers first Chairman was Fateh Baloch also chairmen of the DFA Malir. After his departure Rovers is managed by their own players and players family support Rovers president was Father of Founder of the Club Ammar Shareef and current captain Osama Noor WCG (retd) Noor Ullah Khan Afridi after his unfortunate death. After long searching Rovers new president is Zartash Malik

Club Manager & Secretary: Khalid Majeed

Khalid Majeed started in 2009 after taking duties from Akram Bhatti.

First team Coach: Ammar Shareef

Ammar Shareef as the founder of the club he played and coached the team ever since.

First Team Fitness Coach: Akram Bhatti

Akram Bhatti after stepping down from the duties of the club manager he left due to his busy life and came back after 2 years took the responsibilities of fitness training.

First team Scout: Raad Us Salam

Raad Us Salam is Scout manager program since the beginning of the Club.

Academy Manager: Osama Noor

Osama Noor officially launched the FCR Academy in 2013

Academy Coach & Academy Scout: Irfan Junejo

Irfan Junejo is also the pioneer thinker behind the FCR Academy program took the responsibilities of coaching & scouting for FCR Academy.
